Which payment methods are available to pay for my order?
You can choose the following payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer (SEPA), Belfius Direct Net, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC payment button, Bancontact and SOFORT Banking. Select the desired payment method in the checkout screen.
I have a discount coupon, how do I apply it?
You can apply a discount coupon in the checkout screen. Enter the code by clicking on the link “Click here to enter your code”.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, that is not mandatory. If you order from Ellastiek more often, it can save time. Data used for the delivery of your order will then be applied automatically.
Will sold-out items come back online?
When an item is sold out, this will be mentioned in the shop. Not every sold-out item comes back online. Some items do, keep an eye on the Ellastiek shop for this. You can also send an email to Info@ellastiek.com and we will let you know as soon as the items are back in stock.
Where can I find the contents of my shopping cart?
You can find the added items on the Shopping Cart page.
Can I remove items from my order?
If you have not paid for the order, you can remove items that you do not want to order from your shopping cart.
I would like to order a personalized item, how does that work?
Fill in the contact form on the Personalize page with as detailed as possible a description of what you are looking for. We will contact you as soon as possible!
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
In the checkout screen you can choose to have your order delivered to a different address. Otherwise, the package will be sent to the address you entered in the billing information.
In which countries does Ellastiek deliver?
We deliver throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France.
Do I pay shipping costs for my order?
Yes, for shipping you pay a fixed amount of €3.95. If your order has a value of more than €50, it will be shipped for free.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
Once you have confirmed your order, we will deliver it within 2-4 working days.
Where can I find the track&trace link for my order?
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days, preferably in the original packaging. Address the package as follows: Attn Ellastiek, Admiralengracht 56-3, 1057 GA, Amsterdam. The shipping costs are for your own account.
When will the refund of my return be processed?
As soon as Ellastiek receives your returned order, the refund will be initiated. The payment will be refunded within a few days via the payment method you have chosen.
Can I exchange an item?
It is not possible to exchange an item directly. Would you like to receive another item? Then follow the guidelines for returning your order and place a new order in the shop.
I have received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do now?
